- leaderboards

You are responsible for:
- maintaining the security of your account
- safeguarding login credentials
- all activity occurring under your account
You may not:
- share accounts
- sell accounts
- transfer accounts
- impersonate another person
- use offensive, misleading, or inappropriate usernames
Digi 995 reserves the right to remove or modify usernames at its discretion.
3. Virtual Items and Digital Content
The Services may include:
- virtual currencies
- stickers
- sticker packs
- Digi Crates
- XP systems
- rewards
- cosmetics
- unlockables
- subscriptions
- premium content
- seasonal rewards
- event-based items
All virtual items and digital content are licensed, not sold.
Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use virtual items solely within the Services.
Virtual items:
- have no real-world monetary value
- are not redeemable for cash
- are not transferable
- may expire, rotate, or be removed
- may vary between games or platforms
Digi 995 may modify, rebalance, discontinue, revoke, or remove virtual items, rewards, or progression systems at any time.
Virtual items, rewards, subscriptions, progression systems, and digital entitlements do not constitute personal property rights and may not be transferred, sold, traded, inherited, or redeemed outside of the Services unless explicitly authorized by Digi 995.

Certain virtual items, sticker packs, crates, rewards, or promotional systems may contain randomized content.
Approximate reward odds may include examples such as:
- Legendary Rewards: approximately 2%
- Epic Rewards: approximately 8%
- Rare Rewards: approximately 25%
- Common Rewards: approximately 65%
Actual probabilities may vary depending on:
- game
- season
- event
- platform
- region
- reward pool
- special promotions
- limited-time events
Odds, availability, rewards, and event structures may be modified, adjusted, rotated, or discontinued at any time.
Where required, Digi 995 may disclose additional or updated reward probabilities through the applicable game, event page, support materials, store listing, or related websites.
5. Purchases, Subscriptions, Refunds, and Chargebacks
Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon Appstore, Steam, or other platforms are processed by those platform providers and subject to their refund policies.
Refund requests must be directed to the applicable platform provider.
Certain subscriptions may automatically renew through the applicable platform provider unless canceled by the user in accordance with the provider’s subscription management policies.
If a purchase is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, Digi 995 reserves the right to:
- revoke associated digital items
- remove premium access
- deduct virtual content
- suspend rewards
- restrict online features
- suspend or terminate accounts associated with refund abuse or fraudulent activity
Repeated refund abuse, fraudulent chargebacks, exploitative purchasing behavior, or payment fraud may result in account enforcement actions.
6. Online Services and Availability
Certain Services may require:

- platform accounts
- cloud connectivity
Digi 995 does not guarantee continuous availability of:
- servers
- cloud saves
- events
- leaderboards
- matchmaking
- online features
- seasonal content
- subscriptions
- cross-game integrations
Features may be modified, suspended, discontinued, or reset at any time without liability.
Maintenance, outages, technical issues, or third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect availability.
Cross-game progression, cloud synchronization, shared inventories, and online account features may not be available on all platforms, devices, regions, or game versions.
7. Seasonal Events and Sticker Albums
Some content may be seasonal, limited-time, rotating, or event-based.
This may include:
- sticker albums
- event rewards
- seasonal currencies
- leaderboards
- Digi Pass rewards

Seasonal content may expire or become unavailable after the event period ends.
Digi 995 does not guarantee that expired content will return in the future.

Certain Digi 995 Services may include fictional gameplay systems and simulated events, including but not limited to:
- Void Events
- Void Encounters
- Void Effects
- simulated attacks
- shields
- visual disruptions
- asynchronous gameplay systems
- leaderboard interactions
These mechanics are fictional gameplay systems intended solely for entertainment purposes.
Gameplay events may be system-generated, automated, or simulated and should not be interpreted as real-world threats, harassment, or targeted conduct.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- cheat or exploit bugs
- use bots or automation
- reverse engineer the Services
- modify game clients
- use unauthorized third-party software
- manipulate leaderboards
- engage in fraud
- harass other users
- upload offensive content
- impersonate others
- interfere with servers or systems
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts or data
Any attempt to disrupt the integrity, fairness, or security of the Services is prohibited.
Users may not use the Services to promote:
- hate speech
- illegal activity
- harassment
- malicious conduct

- impersonation
- disruptive behavior toward other users or the community

Digi 995 may retain certain information where necessary for:

- commercially exploit

Digi 995 is not responsible for third-party platform availability, outages, policies, or actions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digi 995 disclaims all warranties, including:

- permanent access
- preservation of progression
- error-free services
- continuous event availability
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digi 995 and MooreSuccess Inc. shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages
- incidental damages
- consequential damages
- lost data
- lost progression
- virtual item loss
- business interruption
- account suspension impacts
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Digi 995 during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.
17. Changes to the Services or Terms
Digi 995 may:
- modify the Services
- rebalance gameplay
- update content
- change monetization systems
- discontinue features
- revise these Terms
Updated Terms become effective upon posting.
