- transfer accounts
- impersonate another person
- use offensive, misleading, or inappropriate usernames
Digi 995 reserves the right to remove or modify usernames at its discretion.
3. Virtual Items and Digital Content
The Services may include:
- virtual currencies
- stickers
- sticker packs
- Digi Crates
- XP systems
- rewards
- cosmetics
- unlockables
- subscriptions
- premium content
- seasonal rewards
- event-based items
All virtual items and digital content are licensed, not sold.
Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use virtual items solely within the Services.
Virtual items:
- have no real-world monetary value

Odds, availability, rewards, and event structures may be modified, adjusted, rotated, or discontinued at any time.
Where required, Digi 995 may disclose additional or updated reward probabilities through the applicable game, event page, support materials, store listing, or related websites.
5. Purchases, Subscriptions, Refunds, and Chargebacks
Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon Appstore, Steam, or other platforms are processed by those platform providers and subject to their refund policies.
Refund requests must be directed to the applicable platform provider.
Certain subscriptions may automatically renew through the applicable platform provider unless canceled by the user in accordance with the provider’s subscription management policies.
If a purchase is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, Digi 995 reserves the right to:

- remove premium access
- deduct virtual content
- suspend rewards
- restrict online features
- suspend or terminate accounts associated with refund abuse or fraudulent activity
Repeated refund abuse, fraudulent chargebacks, exploitative purchasing behavior, or payment fraud may result in account enforcement actions.

Maintenance, outages, technical issues, or third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect availability.
Cross-game progression, cloud synchronization, shared inventories, and online account features may not be available on all platforms, devices, regions, or game versions.

- Void Encounters
- Void Effects
- simulated attacks

- leaderboard interactions
These mechanics are fictional gameplay systems intended solely for entertainment purposes.
Gameplay events may be system-generated, automated, or simulated and should not be interpreted as real-world threats, harassment, or targeted conduct.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- cheat or exploit bugs
- use bots or automation
- reverse engineer the Services
- modify game clients
- use unauthorized third-party software
- manipulate leaderboards
- engage in fraud
- harass other users
- upload offensive content
- impersonate others
- interfere with servers or systems

16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digi 995 and MooreSuccess Inc. shall not be liable for:

- consequential damages
- lost data
- lost progression
- virtual item loss
- business interruption
- account suspension impacts
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Digi 995 during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
