Digi 995 offers both digital and physical products. Our refund and return policies differ depending on the type of item purchased.
Please read the guidelines below carefully before requesting a return.
Digital Products (Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable)
All digital products—including ebooks, music, soundtracks, digital downloads, in-game content, mystery boxes, and any other non-physical items—are final sale.
Because digital items cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital purchases under any circumstances.
If you experience an issue accessing or downloading your digital item, please contact us at contact@digi995.com, and we will assist you with resolving the technical issue.
Physical Products (30-Day Return Policy)
For physical merchandise purchased from the Digi 995 store, our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in new, original condition.

It must be returned in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Physical Items
Physical items are not eligible for return if they:

Show signs of use

Are not in their original condition

Are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Are returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds for Physical Products
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
If the return is approved:

Your refund will be processed.

A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company; processing times may vary.

Contact your bank; some transfers take time to post.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced physical items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (Physical Items Only)
We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email contact@digi995.com.
You will be provided with further instructions, including the return shipping address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the physical item once returned and processed.
If the gift giver shipped the item to themselves before giving it to you, we will send any refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns (Physical Items Only)
To return a physical product, you will need to ship it to the address provided by our support team after you email contact@digi995.com.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for high-value items. Digi 995 cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
